The use of narrow implants will allow us to handle transverse atrophies complemented in some cases with the use of transictionals as an intermediate technique.
The use of short and extra short implants will allow us to handle vertical atrophies complemented in some cases with the use of frontal drilling to perform atraumatic microelevations and safe approach to delicate structures as an intermediate and less traumatic technique.
