Potential of Plasma Rich in Growth Factors (PRGF-Endoret) to Enhance the Efficacy of Assisted Reproductive Techniques in Refractory Cases
Cureus. 2022 Jul 6;14(7):e26623. Nowadays, infertility problems affect a high percentage of couples. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of plasma rich in growth factors (PRGF-Endoret, hereafter PRGF) as a promising coadjuvant therapy in assisted reproductive techniques and its possible role in implantation and pregnancy rates. This retrospective study included 36 PRGF cycles in 27 women with one of the following reproductive disorders: recurrent implantation failure (n = 16), repeated abortion (n = 8), and thin endometrium (n = 3).

Plasma rich in growth factors as treatment for a full-thickness macular hole due to macular telangiectasia type 2
Arch Soc Esp Oftalmol (Engl Ed). 2022 Apr;97(4):219-223. Full-thickness macular hole is a rare complication of macular telangiectasia type 2, and its treatment is still controversial. A patient with a full-thickness macular hole secondary to macular telangiectasia type 2 underwent vitreoretinal surgery with a plasma rich in growth factors membrane in the macular hole. At the sixth month of follow-up, anatomical and functional improvements were achieved, with no adverse effects.

Plasma Rich in Growth Factors for Persistent Macular Hole: A Pilot Study

Oral Lichen Planus Treated With Plasma Rich in Growth Factors

An anonymous database at a clinical center was reviewed to collect demographic data, lesion type, treatment protocol, number of infiltrations, pain score, and healing time of the lesions.
