Drops were applied four times per day and treatment was maintained until the GU resolved. Data were collected from medical records and anterior segment photos.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"sub-title\">Results:\u00a0<\/strong>All patients showed a favorable response to topical PRGF having accomplished full resolution of the GU within a mean of 30 days of treatment (range: 21-35 days).
